What Will Children Learn in JRC Kidz?

At JRC Kidz, children experience the Word of God in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way that speaks to their level of understanding. They also learn how to build healthy friendships and grow alongside other children who are developing their faith.

Will My Child Make Friends?

Absolutely! At JRC Kidz, we intentionally create environments where children can connect with others in their age group. Our classes are thoughtfully structured to help children build meaningful friendships while growing in faith together. We are passionate about supporting every child at each stage of development and group them accordingly to ensure they feel comfortable, confident, and included.

What Age Does My Child Need to Be to Attend?

We’re always excited to see our church family growing! Due to space limitations at some of our locations, we are currently able to accommodate children aged two years and above at select sites, while other locations welcome children from age three.

What Is the Check-In and Check-Out Process?

When you check your child in, you will receive a secure tag that corresponds with your child’s registration details. After the service, simply present this tag at the check-out station, and our team will safely release your child to you. This process ensures that children are collected only by their designated caregiver and is an important part of our safeguarding and security procedures.

How Can I Register My Child?

Registration is simple and straightforward. On your child’s first visit to JRC Kidz, a friendly team member will be there to warmly welcome you and assist with the process.

To check your child in, we’ll need a few details:

Parent/Carer’s Name
Child’s Name and Date of Birth
Parent or Carer’s Contact Information
Any important information, such as allergies or special instructions

We will also ask whether you would like to opt in or out of photography during the service. Photos and videos may be used across our church’s media and social platforms.

Safety Measures in JRC Kidz

At JRC Kidz, your child’s safety is our highest priority. We have implemented clear and thorough safeguarding measures to ensure a secure environment at every location.

Each child is checked in through our secure registration system. When you check in your child, you will receive a unique tag linked to their details. After the service, this tag must be presented at check-out for your child to be safely released. Children are only released to the authorised parent or carer with the matching tag or appropriate identification.

All JRC Kidz volunteers and team members are DBS-checked and receive regular training in child safeguarding procedures.

If we need to reach you during the service, we will contact you via text message or display your child’s identification code on the screen in the auditorium. Please remain attentive to any notifications during the service.

Every child is welcome at JRC Kidz. If your child has additional needs and may require extra support to fully participate, we would love to partner with you to make their experience safe, comfortable, and meaningful.
