Mission and Purpose

We believe the gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ has come to establish his kingdom on earth. Through His perfect life, sacrificial death, and glorious resurrection Jesus has redeemed a people for His own glory by graciously forgiving their sins through His atoning work on the cross. Jesus is now restoring his kingdom by the power of the Spirit through his redeemed people. This good news is the hope of the church that all things will be fully reconciled in Christ.

At Jesus Restoration Centre, we are committed to seeing our community restored and being set free by God. We invite you to join us in this journey of personal and community restoration. God desires for you to look more and more like Jesus. God has created good works for you to do that will not only bring joy and fulfillment to your life, but will also bless those around you. God has called you to a place. He has planted you wherever you are to serve as his agent of love and restoration.

God has given us four anchors so we don’t drift away from his purpose. We believe that as we grow in these areas, both personally and corporately, we will see our country restored:

Our Senior Pastors

Bishop-elect Stephen Kasuvu, pastor, preacher and teacher, is known for his dynamic preaching and teaching with delivery as an exhorter and motivator. The central theme of his message is the restoration of what the devil has stolen from you (spiritually, emotionally, physically relationally and financially), releasing the recovered greatness in service to God and humanity which leads you to your destiny.

He and his wife are the founders of Jesus Restoration Centre. On 29th August 1997, God spoke to him audibly, about starting a restoration centre. On 4th of July 2004, the work was inaugurated. He is married to Naomi a preacher and an anointed powerful praise and worship leader, and they are blessed with two children Neema and Antony.
